Key Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Inspection

- Perform comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections of current vehicles as per company checklists.
- Inspect the exterior, interior, body panels, paint finish, and vehicle accessories.
- Check for scratches, dents, damages, missing parts, and manufacturing defects.

2. Mechanical & Electrical Inspection

- Check engine performance, transmission, brakes, steering, suspension, and clutch.
- Inspect battery condition, lights, indicators, horn, wipers, and electrical systems.
- Check air conditioning, instrument cluster, infotainment, and other electronic features.
- Verify fluid levels, tyre pressure, and wheel condition.

3. Functional Testing

- Start the vehicle and check for abnormal noise, vibration, or warning indicators.
- Conduct road tests wherever required.
- Verify the proper functioning of all vehicle controls and safety systems.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Complete PDI checklists accurately.




- Record and report any defects or discrepancies identified during inspection.
- Coordinate with the service team for rectification of identified issues.
- Obtain final approval before releasing the vehicle for delivery.

5. Quality & Delivery Readiness

- Ensure all defects are rectified before vehicle delivery.
- Verify vehicle cleanliness and readiness for customer handover.
- Ensure all accessories, tools, manuals, and documents are available.
- Maintain PDI records and inspection reports.

6. Safety & Workplace Discipline

- Follow workshop safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the inspection area.
- Use tools and equipment responsibly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
