Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, client communication, and supporting business growth by identifying potential customers for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities:

- Make cold calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
- Identify prospective clients through online research and other sources.
- Introduce and promote the company's IT services, including web development, mobile app development, custom software, and digital marketing.
- Understand client requirements and communicate service offerings effectively.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls and emails.
- Schedule meetings and generate sales opportunities for the team.




- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and interacting with clients.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and business development strategies.
- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of computers and email communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
