Job Summary

We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a US International Voice Process, with hands-on experience using Cisco IP Phones or Cisco telephony systems, to support our client's procurement operations.

Candidates will handle procurement-related enquiries from US-based customers and vendors, provide purchase order updates, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely query resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers and vendors.
- Address procurement-related enquiries, including purchase orders, pricing, order status, delivery updates, and vendor queries.
- Use Cisco IP Phones or Cisco telephony systems for daily call handling.
- Manage call transfers, call holds, conferencing, and other call-handling functions.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to resolve customer and vendor enquiries.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or ticketing systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of enquiries while meeting SLA and call quality standards.




- Provide email follow-ups and documentation when required.

Mandatory Requirements

- 1–2 years of US International Voice Process experience.
- Hands-on experience working with Cisco IP Phones / Cisco telephony systems.
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a neutral accent.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Positive computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling procurement-related enquiries.
- Knowledge of purchase orders, order management, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with Cisco Finesse, Cisco Jabber, or similar Cisco calling applications.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain operations.

Candidate Screening Criteria

Mandatory:

- US International Voice Process experience – 1–2 years.
- Hands-on Cisco IP Phone / Cisco telephony experience.
- Excellent English verbal communication.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
