Join our Claims team and support Otto's UK operations by handling FNOL calls, investigating motor accidents, assessing liability, and helping reduce claims costs through timely intervention.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) calls from UK drivers
- Capturing accurate accident details and claim information
- Reviewing CCTV/Dashcam footage to support investigations
- Conducting initial liability assessments
- Contacting third parties to support claims intervention
- Maintaining accurate claims records and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Supporting claims administration and meeting service standards
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in International Motor Insurance Claims
- Previous experience handling FNOL and initial liability assessments
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong investigation, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Positive attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of intervention claims, credit hire, or motor recoveries is an advantage

This role requires relevant experience in International Motor Claims, preferably UK Motor Claims, with hands-on FNOL exposure.
Candidates with experience limited to Mediclaim/Health Insurance, Property Claims, or other non-motor insurance processes will not be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
