- Preparation and verification of Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Allotment of fabrication jobs to contractors based on production requirements.
- Preparation and monitoring of DODL (Daily Order / Delivery List, as applicable).
- Coordination with fabrication contractors to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Monitoring daily fabrication progress and pending work.
- Coordination with the PPC, Production, Quality and Stores departments.
- Verification of material availability and proper utilization.
- Monitoring contractor performance, quality and delivery schedules.
- Preparation of daily and monthly fabrication status reports.
- Ensuring completion of fabrication work as per drawings and specifications.
