We are seeking a dedicated and professional Tele caller / Medical Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with patients, scheduling appointments, handling medical inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between doctors and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Coordinate appointments between patients and medical staff.
- Provide accurate information regarding medical services and procedures.
- Maintain patient records and update databases.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and reports.
- Assist in resolving patient queries and concerns efficiently.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in:
- Telugu
- Hindi
- English (must be proficient)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
- Good computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
- Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree preferred.
Salary
- ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Probation Period
- 3 months probation period
- Performance will be evaluated during probation before confirmation of employment.
