AMC Quotations and Agreements

· Prepare Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) quotations based on approved pricing and service requirements.

· Draft AMC agreements using approved company templates.

· Verify customer details, lift specifications, contract periods, service scope, and commercial terms.

· Maintain records of AMC quotations, agreements, renewals, and revisions.

Repair Work and Modernization Quotations

· Prepare repair work and modernization quotations upon receiving the completed enquiry form.

· Collect technical specifications, material details, quantities, and pricing from the concerned teams.

· Coordinate with Service Engineers and the Technical team to clarify repair and modernization requirements.

· Prepare quotations for lift component replacement, gear-related repairs, roping work, and other approved repair activities.

· Ensure quotations are accurate, professionally formatted, and submitted for approval within the required timeline.

Documentation and Follow-up

· Maintain a quotation register and track pending, submitted, revised, and approved quotations.





· Coordinate with the Service Relationship Manager and concerned teams for missing information.

· Share approved quotations with the relevant team for customer submission.

· Maintain organized digital and physical records of quotations, agreements, and enquiry forms.

· Prepare periodic reports on quotation status and pending approvals.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

· Good data-entry accuracy and numerical skills.

· Ability to prepare professional quotations and commercial documents.

· Solid coordination, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.

· Basic knowledge of GST and commercial calculations.

· Knowledge of AMC agreements and engineering quotations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
