Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and experience in recruiting for sales, operations, marketing, finance, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions across the organization.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and management.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate salary and release offer letters after approval.

Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.





Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in sourcing through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

Good understanding of recruitment strategies and interview techniques.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

MBA in HR is preferred.

Experience

HR Recruiter: 2–5 years of recruitment experience.

Experience in volume hiring and corporate recruitment will be an added advantage.

Preferred Hiring Experience

Candidates with recruitment experience in Sales, Retail, BFSI, Gold Loan, Jewellery, Banking, or Service industries will be preferred.
