Job Summary

We are looking for a US Engineering & Energy Utilities Recruiter with hands-on experience recruiting for the US energy, power generation, electric utilities, or related engineering sectors.

The ideal candidate should understand the talent market for utility and power generation projects and have experience sourcing and screening candidates for technical, engineering, maintenance, and skilled trades positions. Experience recruiting for nuclear power facilities, conventional power generation, renewable energy, or utility infrastructure is strongly preferred.

Candidates with direct experience supporting energy utility companies, power generation operators, engineering service providers, or utility contractors will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and placement.
- Recruit for energy utilities, power generation, engineering, maintenance, and skilled trades requirements.
- Source candidates for roles such as Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Design Engineers, I&C; Technicians, Electricians, Mechanics, Wind Generation Technicians, and other utility-related technical positions.
- Support recruitment for nuclear energy, conventional power generation, wind and solar energy, electric utilities, and related infrastructure projects.
- Recruit for outage, shutdown, turnaround, maintenance, and project-based assignments where required.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, candidate databases, referrals,



and other sourcing channels to build relevant talent pipelines.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess technical and industry relevance, and verify candidate availability and interest.
- Understand job requirements, technical terminology, candidate qualifications, certifications, and relevant industry experience.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Team Leads, and clients to prioritize requirements and meet submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, submission updates, and follow-up activities in the ATS.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of hands-on US Staffing/Recruitment experience.
- Prior recruitment experience for US energy utilities, power generation, electric utilities, nuclear energy, renewable energy, or utility engineering companies is strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, technical maintenance, skilled trades, or outage-related roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with roles involving electrical and mechanical systems, instrumentation and controls (I&C;), civil engineering, design engineering, plant maintenance, or power generation.
- Good understanding of US recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and relevant employment and tax terms.
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar systems.
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify candidates with relevant industry experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven workplace.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
