The Lucknow Training Centre of Alphine Welfare Society will provide skill-based training in the Nursing and Healthcare sector under the DDU-GKY 2.0 scheme. The centre aims to equip rural youth with industry-relevant healthcare skills, practical knowledge, and skilled competencies to facilitate employment in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare institutions across India.

Key Job Roles:

- Nursing Care Assistant
- Emergency Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities and Training Activities:

- Provide theoretical and practical training in patient care, hygiene, infection prevention, and basic healthcare procedures.
- Train candidates in monitoring vital signs, assisting patients with daily activities, and maintaining patient comfort.
- Develop skills in first aid, emergency response, patient handling, and basic clinical support.




- Train candidates in healthcare communication, professional ethics, teamwork, and hospital protocols.
- Conduct practical sessions, assessments, and industry-oriented training in accordance with the applicable qualification packs and DDU-GKY guidelines.
- Facilitate placement opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare establishments.

Objective: To develop a skilled healthcare workforce and promote sustainable employment opportunities for rural youth through quality training, certification, and placement support under DDU-GKY 2.0.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
