Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in IT business development and online bidding platforms like Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid on IT projects through Upwork and other online platforms.
- Prepare proposals and generate new business opportunities.
- Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand IT services.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork or other bidding platforms.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
