We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Inside Sales & Upselling Specialist to join our fast-growing international voice process. In this role, you will interact with existing overseas clients, understand their evolving needs. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with existing international customers via outbound calls to pitch complementary services and value-added solutions.
- Relationship Management: Deepen customer relationships by understanding their usage patterns and identifying strategic upselling opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Handle customer inquiries, address product questions,
and resolve objections effectively to close premium deals.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly upselling and retention targets to unlock maximum incentive tiers.
- Data Integrity: Accurately update customer profiles, interaction details, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
Required Profile & Skills
- Flawless English Communication: Absolute fluency in written and spoken English with a neutral or global accent.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and drive a high-velocity sales conversation.
- Night Shift Comfort: Ability and willingness to work regular, fixed night shifts aligned with international business hours.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
