Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Solar Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission solar power systems at customer sites.
- Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of solar panels and related electrical components.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in solar installations.
- Conduct site inspections and assist with technical assessments.
- Ensure installations comply with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the technical team to complete projects on schedule.
- Provide technical support to customers when required.
- Travel to customer locations as needed.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or a related technical field.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics,



or a relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, wiring, and electrical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Perks

- Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, based on experience and skills.
- Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) provided as per company policy.
