Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to assist the technical team with customer queries, basic troubleshooting, and CCTV-related technical support. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle different situations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer technical queries and provide basic support.
- Assist in troubleshooting CCTV-related technical issues.
- Understand customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
- Maintain basic service reports and records.
- Learn about CCTV products, systems, and troubleshooting processes.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Valuable confidence and customer-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and situation-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, computers, or networking.
- Willingness to learn and work in an office-based technical support role.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹186,000.00 per year
