We are looking for a skilled SDS/2 Erector Senior Detailer with 3–4 years of experience in structural steel detailing, specializing in main steel and miscellaneous steel. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SDS/2 software and the preparation of accurate steel erection drawings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare structural steel erection drawings using SDS/2 software.
- Detail main steel and miscellaneous steel structures.
- Prepare erection plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Work on stairs, ladders, handrails, platforms, and other miscellaneous steel components.
- Review structural drawings, engineering specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate with checkers, engineers, and project teams to resolve detailing issues.
- Incorporate design changes and respond to review comments.
- Identify discrepancies and raise RFIs when required.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in structural steel detailing using SDS/2.
- Robust knowledge of erection drawings for main and miscellaneous steel.
- Understanding of structural steel connections, bolting, welding, and erection practices.
- Ability to read and interpret structural engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of steel fabrication and erection requirements.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Starting salary 35000 gross per month
