JOB DESCRIPTION – CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Location: Jagatsinghpur, Odisha
Position: Civil Supervisor
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: 20,000-25,000 (Negotiable, based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage and coordinate site workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Monitor activities such as brickwork, plastering, concreting, reinforcement, and masonry.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow safety rules and maintain proper housekeeping at the construction site.
- Identify site issues and report them to the concerned engineer or project manager.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Valuable knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, and building materials.
- Ability to manage labour and coordinate site activities.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
