Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, references, cold calling, online platforms, and market visits.
- Meet potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare and present company services/products to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Maintain regular client communication and provide updates.
- Achieve monthly and yearly business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare basic sales and business development reports for management.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
