- Handle customer orders, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Coordinate with yarn dyeing, weaving, fabric finishing, inspection, and dispatch teams.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, production status, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain order-wise data, production updates, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and delivery commitments.
- Ensure timely communication between departments.
Reporting To: Fabric Manufacturing Manager.
