What We Offer

- Versatile working hours: We care about the quality of your work, not just the hours you sit at a desk.
- Performance-based bonuses: If a client genuinely loves your work, you can earn extra rewards, including additional pay and exciting perks such as movie tickets.
- A collaborative creative environment: We’ll sometimes work together from cafés, brainstorm ideas, and explore new creative approaches.
- Room to grow: This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and grow with the team. As we expand and bring in new editors, early team members will have opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities and mentor new hires.
- Creative freedom: Your ideas, suggestions, and editing style matter. We want someone who contributes creatively, not just someone who follows instructions.
- Long-term growth: The goal is to build a strong creative team where talented people can learn, improve, and grow together.

Who Would Be a Great Fit?

Someone who is creative, curious, reliable, open to feedback, and excited to experiment with new tools and techniques. We value skill, initiative, consistency, and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.

If you love creating videos that make people stop scrolling, feel something, and remember what they watched, we’d love to see your work!
