Position: Store Associate
Location: Marna, Siolim (Goa)
Reports To: Store Manager

About Us:
Ethico is a conscious home store in Marna, Siolim, where every product is thoughtfully sourced, ethically made, and plastic-free. We’re building a space that encourages meaningful exchanges and mindful consumption. We’re looking for a Store Associate with 2 years of relevant experience to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless and engaging in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure a warm, informed, and welcoming customer experience
- Anticipate customer needs and curate solutions
- Maintain standards for product quality, customer service, and store hygiene
- Assist customers with purchases, offering detailed product insights
- Manage daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory checks, and store upkeep
- Contribute to product curation
- Help plan and coordinate in-store events, promotions, and campaigns
- Providing regular sales reports
- Remain agile and responsive to day-to-day challenges




- Uphold excellent communication both written and verbal
- Use Google Drive and Excel proficiently to manage operations

- Prior experience in store management (1-2 years preferred)
- A people-first approach with robust interpersonal and sales skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Passion for conscious living and sustainable practices
- Willingness to grow with a small, purpose-led team
