Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to people and provide information about the trust's activities and services.
- Handle incoming enquiries and respond to questions politely.
- Maintain call records and update contact details.
- Follow up with interested people and assist with registration enquiries.
- Communicate professionally in Hindi.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of using a computer and making phone calls.
- Friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
