We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to support our sales growth through outbound calling, customer engagement, and lead conversion.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with Sales experience in telesales, telemarketing, B2B sales, or software sales.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing CADOPILAR software, explaining its key benefits, following up with interested prospects, and generating qualified sales opportunities through telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Introduce CADOPILAR software to prospective customers and explain its features, benefits, and cost advantages.




- Identify customer requirements and assess their interest in CAD software solutions.
- Communicate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and other business professionals.
- Follow up with interested prospects, existing leads, and customers who have downloaded the free trial.
- Encourage prospects to try CADOPILAR software and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team when required.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and basic pricing-related discussions professionally.
- Convert interested prospects into qualified leads and support the conversion of free-trial users into paying customers.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, follow-up schedules, and customer feedback using MS Excel or CRM software.
- Achieve daily calling targets and assigned monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-ups.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; BMS/BBA with a specialization in Marketing will be preferred.
- B.E./B.Tech graduates are also eligible to apply.
- 2–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, or Software Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.




- Good English communication skills; the ability to explain information clearly and confidently.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to engage customers, build interest, and generate sales opportunities over the phone.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent approach to follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and lead management is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about CAD software and communicate its benefits to potential customers.
