All By Play is a 360° music marketing agency working with musicians, labels, and music festivals. Our services include social media management, digital advertising, branding, release campaigns, PR, influencer marketing, and Spotify-focused campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Coordinator to manage social media for both our in-house brand and clients. The ideal candidate should understand Instagram trends, have a genuine interest in music and entertainment, and be comfortable creating camera-facing Reels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage social media accounts for in-house brands and clients.
- Plan and coordinate Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, and content calendars.
- Create engaging content and confidently appear in camera-facing Reels.
- Develop creative ideas around artists, songs, music releases, and trends.
- Research trending content, memes,



creators, and relevant pages.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and music marketing campaigns.
- Track content performance, audience engagement, and campaign metrics.
- Handle client servicing, communication, and day-to-day coordination.
- Act as a client-facing point of contact and ensure smooth campaign execution.

REQUIREMENTS

- 6–12 months of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and current trends.
- Confidence in creating and appearing in Reels.
- Positive communication, creative thinking, and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of digital performance campaigns.
- MUSIC MARKETING OR ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE WILL BE PREFERRED.
- MBA, BMM, BMS, or a background in media/music is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
