Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter – IT Hiring to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of recruitment processes, and an interest in hiring for IT and technical positions.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial screening calls, interview coordination, and follow-ups. This role also offers exposure to onboarding and other HR operations.

Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and HR are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Assist in sourcing candidates for various IT and technical profiles.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining availability.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and collecting joining documents.




- Support onboarding activities and coordinate with new joiners.
- Maintain employee records and assist with other HR-related documentation.
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and IT job profiles.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or Naukri is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and follow up with candidates effectively.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
