Profile: Electrical Engineer

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or process industry Roles:

Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment in the plant Maintain and troubleshoot motors, drives (VFD), MCC and PCC panels, transformers, DG sets and the power distribution network Ensure uninterrupted power supply to production machinery and minimise downtime Supervise electricians and technicians, and allocate daily maintenance jobs Handle HT/LT panels, cabling, earthing and lightning protection systems Monitor power consumption, power factor and energy efficiency,



and suggest cost-saving measures Coordinate with the production and mechanical teams on machine breakdowns and installations Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, checklists and daily reports Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms, statutory requirements and plant safety standards Support recent installations, plant expansion and electrical modification work Manage spare parts and consumables inventory and raise purchase requirements on time Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical repair and installation jobs Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
