Role Summary:

SAP Kinaxis Solution Architect / Senior Consultant

Experience: 7+ Years Kinaxis – 3+ years.
Location: Bangalore (Work from office)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Kinaxis Enterprise solution with 9+ years of IT and Supply Chain Planning experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, SAP ERP/S4HANA integration, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;, Inventory Planning, and end-to-end Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The candidate will lead solution design, client engagements, global implementations, and drive business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Kinaxis implementation and transformation programs.
- Design scalable supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into solution designs.
- Drive Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, and S&OP; processes.
- Integrate Kinaxis with SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Define data models, planning hierarchies, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
- Lead workshops, solution architecture reviews, and governance meetings.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.




- Identify business process improvements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of overall IT/Supply Chain experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro experience.
- Solid knowledge of:
- - Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Planning
- Capacity Planning
- S&OP; / IBP
- Order Fulfillment

- Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
- Strong understanding of supply chain data models and planning workflows.
- Experience in large-scale global implementation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- SAP IBP, APO, PP, MM, SD exposure.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or cloud-based integrations.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, or consumer goods industries.
- Kinaxis Certifications preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
