Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Incharge to oversee nursing operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and quality across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities across assigned departments.
- Ensure quality patient care and compliance with hospital policies and nursing protocols.
- Manage nursing staff allocation, duty rosters, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration, and patient safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth hospital operations.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor nursing care standards and staff performance.
- Identify training needs and support the professional development of nursing staff.




- Handle patient and attendant concerns related to nursing services.
- Ensure compliance with hospital quality standards, JCI requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Monitor nursing equipment, supplies, and inventory requirements.
- Report nursing-related incidents and operational issues to the appropriate authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing preferred.
- 9–15 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a multispeciality hospital.
- Previous experience in nursing supervision or a leadership role is preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of nursing procedures, patient safety, and infection control practices.
- Ability to manage staff effectively and handle emergency situations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
