Future Path Infocampus is a leading IT training institute in Calicut, offering industry-certified networking ,software & Cyber security courses. We’re looking for a motivated Student Counselor to guide students toward the right courses and career opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel and guide students on suitable IT courses and career paths.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain student records, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Present course details, fees, and offers to potential students.
- Generate new leads through follow-ups, events, and online inquiries.
- Prepare weekly reports on leads and conversions.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication in English and Malayalam.
- Strong persuasive and customer service skills.




- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Student Counselor in an IT training institute (mandatory).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counselor in an IT training institute is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
