- Identify and develop current sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers within company guidelines.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
