Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal departments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Track customer orders, delivery schedules, pending orders, and outstanding issues.
- Maintain customer databases, order records, and CRM reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, dispatch details, and payment-related matters in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the relevant departments.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports related to customer orders, complaints, and pending deliveries.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM or customer coordination within a manufacturing company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM software is preferred.
- Robust coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requirements and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B customer coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
