HR Intern

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days work from home)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Type: Internship, incentive-based, with travel reimbursement
Stipend: ₹200 to ₹500 per profile closed

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to build a career in the HR and recruitment domain. You will work closely with our team across client outreach, candidate screening, and social media, and get real exposure to how a recruitment business runs day to day.

Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach and Database Management

- Connect with prospective clients on LinkedIn and start professional conversations
- Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date database of clients and prospects
- Track outreach status, responses, and follow-ups

Candidate Screening

- Review applications received for our open job roles
- Conduct first-round screening calls to assess communication, relevant experience, and fit
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the team

Social Media Handling

- Manage and update our Instagram and LinkedIn pages
- Create and post hiring updates, job openings, and engaging HR-related content




- Help grow our online presence and engagement

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Monday in office is compulsory, plus one more office day of your choice during the week (flexible and negotiable)
- Remaining days are work from home

Compensation and Benefits

- Incentive of ₹200 to ₹500 for every profile successfully closed
