Job Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, job fairs and campus placements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with colleges for campus placement drives.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, joining confirmation and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate with department managers to fulfill hiring requirements.





Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and colleges.
- Target-oriented and valuable follow-up skills.
