About the Role

Vendoge Private Limited is looking for a proactive, confident, and target-oriented HR Sales Executive to manage email marketing, lead generation, client communication, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a strong business mindset, and the ability to generate and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Email Marketing: Draft and send professional sales emails, promotional campaigns, and follow-up emails to prospective clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through email, calls, networking, and other channels.
- Client Communication: Communicate professionally with clients in English and Hindi.
- Sales & Business Development: Pitch Vendoge's products and services, handle client queries, negotiate, and close sales.
- Field Sales: Visit prospective clients and attend business meetings whenever required.
- Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Reporting: Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of email marketing and professional email writing.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Highly enterprising, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for field sales when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email tools, and lead tracking.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred; motivated freshers may also apply.

Compensation

- Performance-based incentive structure.
- Fixed compensation, if applicable, and incentive terms will be discussed transparently during the interview.
