Position: VMC Programmer / Setter
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical
Location: Maraimalai Nagar / Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu

Required Skills

- VMC programming & machine setting
- G-Code & M-Code knowledge
- Fanuc / similar CNC control knowledge
- 2D drawing & GD&T; understanding
- Tool selection, offsets, feeds & speeds
- Fixture setting and job prove-out
- Vernier, Micrometer and measuring instruments
- Troubleshooting and program correction
- Ability to work independently on production jobs

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and modify VMC programs
- Set tools, work offsets and fixtures
- Prove out programs and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Reduce cycle time and improve productivity
- Coordinate with Production & Quality teams

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
