We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Student Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable overseas education programs and assist them throughout the admission and visa process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Guide students through admission applications, documentation, and visa procedures.
- Follow up with students and parents to convert leads into admissions.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and admission teams.
- Maintain student records and update lead management systems.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and admission targets.
- Support and guide junior counsellors to improve team performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in overseas education counselling.
- Good knowledge of international universities, courses, and admission procedures.
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and conversion skills.
- Team-handling experience is an added advantage.
