Graphic Designer

Experience: 2 Years

Mandatory: Prior experience working in a digital, advertising or creative agency

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn briefs into visuals that feel sharp, relevant and brand-right.

You should be comfortable working across social media, campaigns, presentations and digital communication, while adapting quickly to different brands, styles and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, digital ads and brand communication
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually strong designs
- Work closely with copywriters, social media teams, video editors and client servicing teams
- Develop visual directions for campaigns and ongoing brand communication
- Create designs across multiple brands while maintaining each brand’s visual identity
- Adapt key creatives into different sizes, platforms and formats
- Work on pitch decks, presentations, moodboards and internal creative references when required
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, colours and overall brand language




- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas
- Manage multiple projects, brands and deadlines simultaneously
- Take feedback constructively and execute revisions quickly
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats and visual culture

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of qualified graphic design experience
- Agency experience is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of InDesign, Figma or other design tools will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and layout
- Good understanding of social media and digital-first design
- Ability to adapt design styles across different brands and industries
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media, campaign and brand design work is mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
