Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to manage residential interior projects from planning to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, team coordination, quality control, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with interior designers, site engineers, supervisors, carpenters, and installation teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, measurements, material requirements, and site readiness.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate material dispatch, logistics, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, changes, and handover schedules.
- Monitor project budgets, control wastage, and ensure productive resource utilization.




- Coordinate with management and relevant teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and complete projects within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in residential interior project management.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture installation, and interior finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent team management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across ECR, Chennai...
