Educational Qualification
- MBA or B.Tech degree required.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and team management.
- Proven experience in tele sales and lead conversion.
- Experience in managing, training, and engaging sales teams.
Language Requirements
Malayalam & Tamil
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and tele sales team.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and improve sales conversions.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Prepare sales reports and track team productivity.
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
