Your work profile

- Lead SAP Data Migration workstreams across SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, Brownfield conversion, rollout, and support engagements.
- Design, develop, support, and govern enterprise data migration solutions using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).
- Drive end-to-end data migration activities including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, profiling, reconciliation, validation, and loading.
- Define migration strategies, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, migration specifications, and reconciliation frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to migrate master data and transactional data across SAP landscapes.
- Lead migration of key business objects including Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor/Business Partner, BOM, Financial Data, Inventory Data, and open transactional data.
- Execute mock loads, trial conversions, cutover rehearsals, production loads, and post-load validation activities.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration programs utilizing SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM, and related migration tools.
- Establish data quality standards and perform cleansing, enrichment, and governance activities to improve migration readiness.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to identify migration issues,



perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-production support activities for data migration workstreams.
- Prepare migration dashboards, reconciliation reports, cutover plans, data validation documents, and governance artifacts.
- Mentor junior consultants and support capability development, migration accelerators, and practice-building initiatives.

Key Requirements

- 8-12 years of hands-on SAP BODS (SAP Data Services) experience.
- Proven experience delivering at least 2 or more SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, migration, or conversion programs.
- Robust expertise in ETL development, enterprise data migration, data integration, and data quality management.
- Extensive experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, validation, and migration execution activities.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM, migration object configuration, and migration governance processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA migration methodologies, cutover planning, mock conversions, deployment, and Hypercare support.
- Experience migrating Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor/Business Partner, BOM, Financial Data, Inventory Data,



and transactional business objects.
- Strong SQL and database expertise across SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and other enterprise database platforms.
- Experience developing source-to-target mappings, migration specifications, reconciliation reports, validation frameworks, and migration controls.
- Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, data profiling, and enterprise data quality processes.
- Experience leading ECC-to-S/4HANA migration initiatives and supporting large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to lead migration workshops, business discussions, cutover planning, and data governance activities.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP S/4HANA Migration, or SAP Business Technology Platform certifications are preferred.
- SAP MDG, Information Steward, Data Governance, or Data Quality-related certifications will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and enterprise-scale transformation programs is desirable.
- Experience working in Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, Automotive, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Utilities, or other enterprise environments will be an added advantage.
- Experience supporting global SAP rollouts, ECC-to-S/4HANA migration programs, and enterprise data transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
