Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual for the position of Sales Engineer .This role requires a candidate with a B.Tech degree in Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering (E.C.E) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or sales engineering. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing technical support to our customers and driving sales in the designated region of Kerala.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring effective problem resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to convey customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.




- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
- Travel within the designated region in Kerala to meet with clients and attend meetings.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering (E.C.E)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical or sales engineering.
- Robust technical aptitude and understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region in Kerala.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹41,180.00 per month
