Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager with experience in the real estate industry to support sales operations, manage client relationships, guide the sales team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and team coordination skills, along with a sound understanding of residential and commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives to ensure target achievement.
- Generate business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, and client networking.
- Manage prospective clients, conduct property presentations, and coordinate site visits.
- Negotiate with clients and facilitate the closure of property deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other business associates.
- Monitor sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and track booking and payment progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and MIS.




- Coordinate with the pre-sales, marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth sales execution.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential apartments, plotted developments, or commercial properties.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into bookings.
- Experience in team coordination, client relationship management, and sales reporting.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales MIS reporting will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle client meetings and site visits.
