About the Company

Kinza Industrial Estate LLP is looking for a responsible, experienced, and dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, manage site workers, monitor project progress, and ensure that all work is completed according to approved plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage and coordinate labourers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and records of labour attendance and material consumption.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and other concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction regulations.
- Inspect ongoing work, identify issues, and take corrective action wherever required.
- Monitor activities such as excavation, foundation work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, painting, and other civil construction tasks.
- Check the availability of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within the project timeline.
- Report daily progress, site issues,



material requirements, and manpower needs to management.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Relevant experience in construction site supervision and civil works.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site operations.
- Ability to manage labour, contractors, and multiple site activities.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining site reports and records.

Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision is preferred.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, residential, or real estate construction projects will be an advantage.
