Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Project Engineer – MEP to manage and execute MEP works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the timely completion of MEP installations as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP activities at the project site.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP works.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other departments.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site execution challenges.
- Monitor manpower,



materials, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements, and work completion.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, residential, or industrial projects.
- Hands-on experience in MEP installation and project execution.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and quality procedures.
