Hiring: QA Pharma Executive / Senior Executive

Shift: Second Shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) and Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure implementation and compliance with laboratory quality systems, SOPs, GLP/GMP requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Review and maintain quality documentation, analytical records, test reports, and controlled documents.
- Handle deviations, non-conformances, CAPA, change control, and root-cause investigations.
- Support OOS/OOT investigations, internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with NABL and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Review equipment calibration, qualification, method validation, and laboratory quality records.




- Coordinate with QC and laboratory operations teams to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical QA, preferably in a testing laboratory.
- Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry or M.Pharm in a relevant discipline; other relevant qualifications may be considered.
- Good knowledge of QMS, SOPs, deviations, CAPA, audit compliance, and data integrity.
- Familiarity with NABL and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements preferred.
- Willingness to work in the second shift (2 PM–10 PM) or night shift.
