Job Summary

Celebration Flix is looking for a skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef to prepare a variety of food items and beverages as per the company menu. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, taste, hygiene, and timely service for customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, fries, momos, chaap, and other snacks.
- Prepare pasta, Maggi, noodles, fried rice, biryani, and Indian main-course dishes.
- Prepare mocktails, mojitos, shakes, coffee, and other beverages.
- Handle desserts and ice cream servings as per the menu.
- Maintain consistent taste, food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor ingredients, stock availability, and food storage.




- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper inventory records.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

Requirements

- Previous experience in cooking or multi-cuisine food preparation is preferred.
- Knowledge of fast food, Indian cuisine, and Indo-Chinese dishes.
- Basic knowledge of beverages, shakes, and mocktail preparation.
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a customer-focused environment.
