Role Overview
* As an HRBP, you will work closely with business managers and support them in handling employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
* This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in strategic HR.
Key Responsibilities




* Support managers in handling employee performance and productivity
* Assist in conducting performance review discussions
* Handle basic employee grievance cases under supervision
* Support employee engagement initiatives
* Track attendance, attrition, and HR metrics
* Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for hiring needs
* Ensure company policies and processes are followed
* Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback
Eligibility Criteria
* MBA / BBA / Graduation in HR or related field
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Good Excel and reporting skills
* Solid problem-solving mindset
Preferred Traits
* Confident in speaking with managers
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Willing to learn and grow in the HRBP domain
* Ability to handle pressure and escalations
