Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Draftsperson with 1–3 years of experience in architectural or civil drafting. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, working drawings, layouts, and construction documentation based on project requirements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of coordinating with architects, engineers, and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop and modify 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare drawings for residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale building projects.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and other construction drawings.
- Incorporate revisions based on instructions from architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure drawings include accurate dimensions, annotations, scales, layers, and specifications.
- Assist in preparing construction details, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, and site teams to clarify drawing requirements.




- Maintain updated drawing files and ensure proper documentation and version control.
- Support site teams by providing revised drawings and resolving drafting-related queries.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and understand project requirements.
- Ensure drawings are completed accurately and within project timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Draftsperson, CAD Draftsman, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings independently.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, dimensions, and drafting standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to attend project sites whenever required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or large-scale projects.
- Exposure to high-rise buildings, warehouses, or industrial facilities.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp or Revit.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and site execution teams.

Work Location and Timings

Location: Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday: As required, depending on project needs.
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
