Social Media Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Social Media Lead Generation Executive to find businesses actively looking for digital marketing and IT services through social media platforms and online communities. The role focuses on identifying buying opportunities, initiating personalized conversations, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This is a lead generation role, not a regular social media posting or content management position.

Key responsibilities include:

- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook groups, X, Reddit, Quora, and relevant online communities.
- Monitor posts from businesses seeking Google Ads, SEO, website development, social media marketing, or lead generation services.
- Identify buying signals such as businesses hiring marketing professionals, launching new ventures, expanding operations, or expressing dissatisfaction with existing marketing support.
- Research companies, business owners, founders, and marketing decision-makers.
- Engage with relevant posts and initiate personalized conversations through comments and direct messages.
- Use prospect research and relevant business insights to start meaningful sales conversations.
- Qualify interested prospects and pass suitable opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain prospect details, outreach history,



and follow-up records in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Focus on qualified conversations and genuine business opportunities rather than message volume.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, social selling, or B2B prospecting preferred.
