Accountant – Real Estate & Construction

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Pushpganga Ventures is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. Candidates with practical knowledge of accounting, bank reconciliation, Tally, GST, and TDS are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and project-wise accounts.
- Handle billing, customer collections, vendor payments, and expense records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, audits, and financial documentation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and reports.

Requirements:





- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and Bank Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Real Estate / Construction Accounting experience will be preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
- PF and Health Insurance, as per company policy and eligibility.

Work Location: On-site, Pune Camp, 6 th of Goel Capital, near Blue Nile Hotel, Bund Garden Road, Pune.
