Key Responsibilities

* Manage social media accounts for Srijan Institute, Eazylearn , Digi Vibrant, and assigned client accounts.

* Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

* Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other digital content.

* Shoot videos for interviews, podcasts, and educational activities.

* Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and audience retention.

* Optimize YouTube videos with titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and relevant keywords.

* Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports.

* Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure timely content delivery.





* Stay updated with social media trends and creative content ideas.

Requirements

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.

* Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

* Understanding of video shooting, camera handling, and content creation.

* Creativity, communication skills, and awareness of social media trends.

* Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
